Very good video Jeff. I think there is a lot left on the table with this one though. I have not looked at the studies, but from speculation of "myths," what about all the other things sugar is accused of doing to our bodies? Inflammation being the main culprit of sugar myths, leading to things such as osteoarthritis, cancer and other diseases. Not sure where the research is for most of these myths, but there is a lot of talk out there, especially with keto diet being so big these days. Would love to see you get deeper with sugar topic.

Sugar isn't the enemy people, having no self control when consuming it is. People blame sugar for getting fat because they consume 200-300+g a day then say sugar is too blame.

Go look at the professor who only ate Twinkies, Oreo's, cereal and Doritos (+1 protein shake/day and some veggies) and lost 27 pounds in 2 months. The point he was making is that calories in vs calories out is all that matters. Point being, massive amounts of sugar makes you fat because you're going over your caloric intake for the day, not because sugar is some evil carbohydrate that somehow holds more than 4 calories per gram.
