The McGillicuddys have some big news to share with everyone (and it’s not that they drink a lot of Diet Coke). They’re having a baby! … but that’s not the big surprise.  When this couple decided to tell their family, they weren’t going to send any typical reveal video. Instead, they decided to put their heads together and come up with something truly unique. Who doesn’t love a sloppy joe? It’s a delicious, messy, all-American classic that is usually a huge hit with kids…except this toddler, it would seem. Declan here is saying nothing but nope, nope, nope to his dinner because he’s convinced the Sloppy Joe is in fact “poop.” No matter how much his mother tries to tell him it’s just hamburger meat, the funny little guy refuses to believe the odd-looking sandwich is actually fit for consumption. I completely empathize with this kid. For the longest time, I used to think honey was actually snot… Read more: http://www.viralnova.com/sloppy-joe/
Remember when you’d try to help your parents in the kitchen when the holidays rolled around? Cooking looked like even more fun when we were little! We just wanted in on it! Also, we could score sneaky bites of the food while our parents were working, which was a plus. Thanksgiving was always the best. These kids, however, should probably stick to playing outside or watching TV. Their cooking skills aren’t really there yet. Even as toddlers, we learn so much about the intricacies of this planet. Gravity sucks, food is good, and things can disappear and reappear through the magic incantation of “peek-a-boo!” But when one little girl was told by her dad that snow comes from the sky…well, it was just too absurd for her to handle! “Daddy is funny!” she said, disparaging her father as the Catholic Church once did Galileo. Even Mom seemed to find the notion daffy, and she quickly joined in on the giggling. Now that I’m thinking about it, she might have a point. You’re telling me [More]

Across the world, something horrible is happening. It’s an issue on which few news sources report. And we rarely seek these stories out, especially in the midst of our Presidential election. The fact of the matter is that we haven’t really been focusing on more pressing matters across the world. Fortunately for us, UNICEF has. They released this video that depicts the disturbing, but very real circumstances that affect young women across the globe. Child marriages are commonplace in many countries, and they almost never end well. More often than not, they lead to physical, sexual, and psychological abuse. Fifteen [More]
After a video of a disgusting “prank” ice bucket challenge targeting a 15-year-old Ohio boy with autism went viral earlier this month, there has been a massive show of support to him from complete strangers, local police officers and even celebrities. But perhaps the best message of support and kindness so far has come from the children and staff at Little Star Center, a non-profit based in Carmel, Indiana who provide therapy for kids with autism. The kids and their counselors created what they decided to call a “nice bucket” for the Ohio teen. Everyone wrote a kind hearted note [More]
Kindergarten teacher Tara Willmott decided to film a few of her children when they began to adorably debate the weather (if it was raining or simply just sprinkling). She had no idea just how viral the video would get, ranking up nearly 8 million view on YouTube in a week. When you watch their little argument though, it’s easy to see why the video went so popular. Oh my goodness. (Soure: Tara Willmott) I really love the little girl in the middle mediating. It’s like toddler divorce court. Read more: http://viralnova.com/cute-kids-argument/
Adorable 12-year-old Grace VanderWaal seemed shy when she first stepped onto the audition stage for “America’s Got Talent,” and when the young lady revealed she would be performing an original song while playing the ukulele, the judges faces were instantly shrouded in doubt. Although Grace has been writing songs since she was a toddler, this was the first time she would be performing in front of such a large crowd. As she started singing, all traces of nervousness faded away and the judges had to scrape their jaws up off the floor after hearing her voice. No wonder Howie Mandel [More]
At the Humane Society of Missouri, a unique and incredible experiment is underway. Called the Shelter Buddies Reading Program, the project’s goal is to help antisocial and hyperactive dogs develop the social skills they need to get adopted. By enlisting the help of young children who love reading, the Humane Society hopes that these sessions will help animals come out of their shells. When you see how the pups respond, you’ll realize that this program is a home run. The method shown here helps dogs learn to come to the front of their cages when potential adopters walk by. If [More]
