It bothered me alot that people lie with the frequency suggested. I cannot understand why people can live with that level of disauthentcity. What is the cost to oneself ? The lies we tell ourselves is an interesting subject as denial, lack of awareness and perceptions are not quite the same as lies. Its no wonder our relationships are quagmires.
